OUR CHALLENGE
PPR&C were tasked with delivering a PR campaign with a Sydney focus for The Sydney Fair, an annual antiques and collectables fair that showcases thousands of items including art pieces, vintage fashion, furniture, jewellery and rare objects from over 55 dealers.
Our brief was to drive publicity to encourage attendance, build awareness of the event whilst featuring some of the more remarkable pieces as the media hook.
OUR RESPONSE
As part of this campaign, PPR&C worked to craft media releases, which were sent out to a carefully curated list of media, to drive traction and media outcomes. PPR&C individually pitched to national TV news programs to secure coverage.
PPR&C were also tasked with the management of the opening night influencer event, Sydney based influencers in the lifestyle, renovation and antiques space were invited to the opening night cocktail hour in exchange for social coverage.
OUR OUTCOMES
As a result of this campaign PPR&C were able to secure online, TV, radio, and print coverage for The Sydney Fair.

- Secured a range of social coverage with a reach of 404,560
- Secured ABC Radio Interviews
- Facilitated six live weather crosses with Weekend TODAY and Channel & News coverage (4pm & 6pm)
As a whole PPR&C were able to generate an ASR of over $1.3million
