Microhire is the largest Australian owned supplier of audio-visual and event staging services creating state of the art conferences, exhibitions and events throughout Australia. The organisation has provided solutions to some of the biggest award shows and conventions across Australia and Fiji.
THE BRIEF
Microhire approached PPR&C to organise a campaign with 3 key focuses: raising awareness of Microhire as a brand across B2B media, promo-image sourcing several high-profile client wins, and positioning staff as key spokespeople for the events industry.
OUR RESPONSE
PPR&C proposed a grassroots campaign that aims to generate general awareness for Microhire across different publications. PPR&C drafted a media release highlighting the organisations’ new business wins and worked alongside the client and the venues to secure comment and imagery. Once this phase was complete, we then reached out to publications and trade associations to secure coverage. PPR&C also liaised with publications offering foresight into new technology for the events space.
OUR OUTCOMES
PPR&C managed to secure a 500-word article in Spice magazine, which was drafted on behalf of the client and positioned Microhire as a thought leader for technology developments in the event space in 2021 and beyond.
The story about new client wins was picked up across several online sites and trade associations such as Pro AVL Asia, Exhibition & Event Association of Australiasia, and CIM Business Events.
