Progressive PR & Communications (PPR&C) were engaged by Funtopia to execute a comprehensive media strategy for the launch of their new centre in Carrum Downs in Melbourne’s south east. The brief was to create hype surrounding the launch through influencer-based sneak-peeks, facilitate a comprehensive state-wide giveaway campaign and set up, create content, schedule and manage all of Funtopia Carrum Downs’ social media accounts across Google Business, Instagram and Facebook.
PPR&C conducted a compelling campaign which consisted of coverage in the Herald Sun, The Age, 3AW and more. Furthermore, substantial social media coverage was achieved through hosting influencer visits as well as the launch itself. Momentum was maintained via a strategic yet playful social media content calendar which was well received by Funtopia Carrum Down’s target Audience. Our objectives of creating mass awareness, driving ticket sales, and birthday party bookings was well achieved during the campaign period.
