THE BRIEF

We were briefed by Little Athletics Australia to deliver a national campaign for the annual Coles Australian Little Athletics Championships in 2023, 2024 and for the third time in 2025, as well as to announce the latest inductees into the Coles Little Athletics Australia Hall of Fame.

OUR RESPONSE

Across the campaign, we worked with the Little Athletics Australia team to highlight the achievements of the athletes, raise awareness of Coles’ sponsorship of the organisation, and encourage participation in Little Athletics for both events via the Little Athletics Australia Ambassadors, the Little Athletes themselves and the volunteers behind the scenes who make it all happen.

RESULTS

The PR campaign reached a total audience of over 7 million in 2023, over 7.9 million in 2024 and over 33million in 2025.  In terms of the advertising space rate (ASR) generated, the campaign resulted in over $1.6million in 2023, over $1.4 million in 2024 and over $1.3million in 2025.

Coverage highlights included Sunrise weather crosses two years in a row, a Weekend sunrise live cross, Channel seven Adelaide weather crosses, picture stories in the Herald Sun, The Mercury, Sunday Mail Adelaide, Courier Mail and Daily Telegraph as well as multiple radio, TV, and online pieces including extensive coverage of Little Athletes in their local media.
